During Native American Heritage month, all second graders at Jefferson Elementary celebrated with partner integrated library, research, and technology lessons. Students worked on Native American related projects and families added impressive models and artifacts over Thanksgiving break! On November 30, 2018, the project culminated with desk-side powerpoint presentations and a model or artifact display. The walking museum opened its doors at 10:00 AM in the Jefferson Elementary library and welcomed many families, community members, district and school staff to see the projects students have been working on.
